Great example of a small lighthouse. Very well preserved with volunteer guides to explain the lighthouse. Good parking just 90 feet down the street. Full review by Nicholas B

Interesting lighthouse built in 1823 - still functioning 200 years later! Nice park like setting. You can't climb it but nice to see. A lot of history nearby. Free parking. Full review by Homecroft56

Is the trails pet friendly?

Not sure if a pet can run free or not without a leash, but I did see others with pets (April timeframe) on a leash. I hope this helps.

Lighthouse road is behind castle b&b the light house is maybe a ten minute walk from there

The park grounds are open 24 hours a day all year. The visitor center hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily, closed Christmas Day.
