Evacuations urged for Missouri community ahead of major flooding at the Meramec River
In a Wednesday announcement, the city said the NOAA National Water Prediction Service predicted the river at Pacific to rise to 28 feet by around noon Friday.
The Meramec River will flood by Friday. Pacific tells people to evacuate.
